Hello Everyone! My name is Amanda, and I am a Senior Teacher for Magic Ears. I have been with the company since November 11, 2018! I live in Kansas with my husband, two cats, and a dog. I started out as a Substitute Teacher and quickly realized that I needed the freedom of teaching with an online ESL company, that wouldn't tie me down. 

 

My first choice of online ESL companies was Magic Ears, because of their amazing sick policy along with the ever growing Magic Ears Family atmosphere. I have several auto-immune diseases along with feet and knee issues, that cause me to have rough days. With Magic Ears, I am able to sit while I teach and cancel classes, without penalty, if I am too sick to teach.

I have a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with concentrations in Education & Music from Fort Hays State University. I hold a 120 hour TESOL certification from the International Open Academy. I am extremely passionate about Magic Ears and hope to continue spreading this wonderful company with everyone I know and even those I don't personally know.

I use Magic Ears as supplemental income, but Magic Ears can easily be a full time position. The earning potential is high with many different times and days to teach! Since there is no minimum hours required, I am able to teach as much or as little as I want!
